NFL Picks 9/30-10/01

This weeks picks are:

1) Miami -4 over Oakland in Miami: Miami doesn't look good enough & the Raiders show some offensive life. Also, I think Daunte Culpepper has something to prove in Miami. I'll take the Raiders.

)Houston -3 At Atlanta: Matt Schaub has something to prove as well. A bitter pill for the Falcons. I'll take the Texans.

)Baltimore -4.5 At Cleveland: Baltimore has not been impressive. Cleveland at home is tough on the Ravens. I'll take the Browns.

)Chicago -3 At Detroit: Can the Bears score on (outscore?) that pathetic Lions defense. I think the team rallies around Brian Griese. I'll take the Bears.

)Green Bay -2 At Minnesota: The Vikings don't have an offense. I'll take the Packers.

)At Dallas -13 St. Louis: No Steven Jackson in Dallas with an offense that hasd just 3 points against the Bucs? I'll take the Cowboys.

)NY Jets -3.5 At Buffalo: Normally, Buffalo at home is a great pick to cover, but they're too hurt & a rookie QB starting doesn't help. I'll take the Jets.

)At Carolina -3 Tampa Bay: Which Panthers team will show up for David Carr this weekend? A field goal is probably right. I'll take the Panthers, reluctantly.

)Seattle -2 At San Francisco: Gut check for both. I'm betting the Seahawks experience finds a way to win. I'll take the Seahawks.

)Pittsburgh -6 At Arizona: I'll take the Steelers.

)At San Diego -12 Kansas City: Ugly game, but the Chiefs are bad & Norv Turner can't screw this one up (I hope). I'll take the Chargers.

)At Indianapolis -9.5 Denver: The Broncos are a fraud. Colts in a rout.

)Philadelphia -2.5 At NY Giants: The Giants benefited from bizarre play by the Redskins last week. Eaghles have the weapons. I'll take the Eagles.

)New England -7.5 At Cincinnati: No Brainer. I'll take the Pats
